We want every homeowner who reaches Girlfriendamy Septic to feel treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps us keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Please note that Girlfriendamy Septic cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we look into what happened, which may include reaching out to the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may be able to help too.
